Krys has been in love with parties and events since she was a little girl. She had been known to dress up the children at daycare and perform mock weddings, and then throw reception parties with all of her teddy bears. This passion for planning all things creative has led her to refine her skills and become the Principal Coordinator for Coming Up Roses. Krys specializes in creating memorable events through her acute attention to detail, pleasing vitality, and refreshing creativity. She truly loves her career!
Krys has over 7 years experience in the hospitality industry. Throughout these years Krys has polished and perfected her abilities to time manage, problem-solve, organize, schedule, and deliver an incredible experience. Working with people is what Krys does best. Combining these skills and Krys's passion for planning make her a force to be reckoned with!
Uniquely enough, Krys holds an Honours BA from York University in Criminology. However, this profession never held enough zeal for Krys to pursue further, as her true passion in life clearly fell to Wedding and Event planning. Krys went on to enrol in and complete her certification as an International Wedding Planning Professional (IWPP). In addition, Krys was given an Award of Merit for outstanding achievements through the QC School of Wedding Planning, which is an accredited association with the Better Business Bureau.
Krys has organized a variety of unique events ranging in budget, style and formality. From intimate bridal showers, to Hawaiian themed weekend getaways to large corporate celebrations, Krys always welcomes a challenge and thrives on creating unforgettable memories.
